We do not. In compliance with Connecticut state law, we cannot sell or provide the alcohol for the event. We will connect you with a preferred retailer to purchase the alcohol you will need and as our client you will get an exclusive discount. HOW FAR DO WE TRAVEL?
We are based out of Stamford, CT. There are travel fees if we go beyond Fairfield County but we can go just about anywhere!
DO YOU OFFER KEG BEER?
Yes, each of our bar cars are equipped with a dual draft tower and can serve two different types of draft beer. This can be an affordable way to serve a large gathering.
IS THE BAR CAR COMPANY INSURED?
Yes, we are a fully insured licensed business, our bartenders are TIPS certified, and we are liquor liability insured.
CAN THE TRAILER GO ANYWHERE?
Yes. As long as there is enough space for a trailer to pull in and be set up, plug in access, and as long as the venue approves a mobile bar on the grounds. If there are any necessary permitting issues, we will need to be notified in advance.
HOW CAN I BUDGET FOR ALCOHOL COSTS?
Contact us, and we will put together an estimate for you. The amount will vary depending on the number of guests, brands of beer, wine, and alcohol selected.
CAN THE MOBILE BAR BE USED FOR OTHER EVENTS?
Yes, our bar cars can be used for a variety of day events. We have been booked as a coffee bar, donut bar, mimosa bar, Blood Mary bar, hot cocoa bar, whiskey bar, dessert bar and more!
