The Bar Car Company specializes in creating signature cocktails for parties, events and weddings. With fresh garnishes, house made syrups, infusions, and fresh squeezed juices, we provide a unique bartending experience with our one-of-a kind vintage horse trailer bar and mobile bars. Please keep in mind that prices do NOT include alcohol. You will need to provide all the alcohol for your event, but once we decide on the cocktail menu, we are happy to help with an alcohol shopping list. We also work with a variety of vendors to give you a preferred customer discount on all purchases.
The Bar Cart Company Trailer Bar - $1900 plus sales tax & 20% gratuity.
This is our most popular package and includes two bartenders, our BAR sign, setup and clean up, our standard white bar cocktail napkins, ice, plastic cups, water & homemade iced tea, or homemade lemonade. Each trailer offers two keg hook-ups, and up to five hours of service of beer, wine and champagne. Also included - our specialty cocktails with mixers and garnishes. Sodas, cranberry juice, and soda water are included. This package can serve up to 300 guests.
The Bar Car Company Cart or Umbrella Bar- $900 plus sales tax & 20% gratuity.
This is our most flexible package, especially for smaller gatherings. It includes one bartender, a two gallon water stand, a custom felt board bar menu, our BAR sign, setup and clean up, our standard white bar cocktail napkins, ice, plastic cups, alcohol shopping list, up to five hours of service of beer, wine and champagne, two specialty cocktails with mixers and garnishes. Sodas, cranberry juice, and soda water are included. This package can serve cocktails up 70 and beer and wine up to 100.

Lawn Games - $100 (Horseshoes, Bocci, Corn Hole, Jenga, Connect Four).
Coffee Service - $2 per person includes regular coffee, sugar, cream, paper cups and lids.
Dessert Service - $5 per person includes a variety of homemade desserts with plates, napkins and cutlery.
Frozen Drink Machine - Two flavors of frozen drinks - $250. One frozen drink - $150.

The Bar Car Company carries both liquor liability and general liability insurance, and all of our bartenders are TIPS certified.
